Every recommendation we make is guided by one thing only: your space, your style, and how you live in it. We work independently of every furniture brand and earn no commission on anything you purchase — which means you're free to bring your design to life through any store, at any budget, on your own timeline.

Whether your budget is $1,000 or $30,000, you get the same attention — because we're paid to design, not to sell.

A curated collage of the pieces, palette, and textures behind your design — including alternatives for key pieces, so the direction takes shape around your taste rather than ours.
A floor plan with furniture placement
So you know exactly what goes where, and what size to look for.
Two photorealistic 3D renders
Two views of your finished space. Renders are visual representations of the design intent — when an exact product isn't available in 3D, a close visual stand-in takes its place.
Your Sourcing Guide
A curated reference list of the pieces behind your concept — names, dimensions, prices, and where we found them. A map, not a mandate. Because we work commission-free, every piece was chosen purely because it serves the design.
What isn't included
Furniture sales, order management, personal shopping, piece-by-piece price matching, or unlimited revisions. No structural work either: no moving walls, electrical, plumbing, built-ins, custom carpentry, cabinetry, or kitchens.
Built-in design (by quote)
As an optional add-on, we can design a built-in within your 3D render — without technical measurements, since your contractor measures on site. Priced individually.
